Conditions of storage

Store the fruit in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight. The kernels should be placed in a vacuum container. Fruits with husks can be stored in such conditions for up to 2 weeks. In peeled form, pine nuts are able to retain their properties for up to 2 days. Do not freeze them.
