Our company is engaged in harvesting and realization of products of plant origin. Collection of chaga is carried out manually, in ecologically clean forests of Siberia. We supply dried mushroom in bulk, large batches, with all documentation. Collection, storage, processing and transportation is carried out strictly in accordance with the regulations TU. We provide certificates and licenses for export.

What is chaga

Chaga is a parasitic fungus whose spores penetrate into cracks in the bark and trunk of the tree. The fungi grow quickly, literally consuming all the life forces of the plant.

Chaga likes cold climates, so it can be found only at high latitudes of the northern hemisphere. The size of the mushroom is inspiring - it can be the size of the palm of your hand, or it can be larger than a human head.

Outwardly, chaga is dark, looks like a lump of charcoal, reminiscent of a burnt log. The shell is hard, but inside the pulp is yellow-orange in color, which is often dried and used to make tinctures, balms, tea.

4 incredible benefits

Chaga is a powerful antioxidant, surpassing foods such as chocolate, apples, green tea, and coffee by many times. With its ability to scavenge free radicals, the mushroom drink fights cancer and prevents early aging, and is also used to prevent Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and cataracts.

  1. Skin Health. The mushroom contains large amounts of superoxide dismutase, a group of enzymes that protect cells from oxidation. The blacker the spots on chaga, the higher the amount of melanin in it. In the human body, melanin is responsible for protecting the skin from UV rays and early aging and the development of skin diseases.
  2. Immune system defense. Chaga increases the production of T-lymphocytes (especially in the spleen) and interleukins, which help strengthen the immune system. Mushroom also has an antiviral effect on HIV-1, reduces the infectious properties of the hepatitis C virus.
  3. Improves digestion. Bioactive polysaccharides contained in mushrooms act as prebiotics in the digestive system. Chaga lowers cholesterol, triglyceride levels. It also has a profound biochemical effect on improving insulin sensitivity. People suffering from diabetes should consider adding it to their diet.
  4. Increased endurance. Glycogen in the muscles increases after regular consumption of tea and tinctures from chaga. Also, the mushroom has an anti-inflammatory effect on the colon.

Is it necessary to brew ground chaga

No, the crushed product is enough to pour hot water, let it infuse for 7-10 minutes and the drink will be ready for consumption. It is also easy to dilute: 3-5 teaspoons of chaga are used per 1 liter of water.

Since the mushroom can not be eaten raw, before using it for making drinks, it must be cleaned from the bark and debris, and then treated with hot water or alcohol. This will help to break down the hard shell of the mushroom. Ready ground chaga has already passed all stages in accordance with GOST and is absolutely safe for use.
